ABOUT
With over a decade of experience in childhood development, holistic education, and community-centered initiatives, I bring a deep passion for empowering families and children to thrive in today’s ever-evolving world. My journey has taken me across borders and cultures, working hands-on with indigenous communities, spearheading grassroots projects, and crafting innovative learning experiences for children. Rooted in the belief that education is the foundation for global healing, I specialize in integrating heart-centered approaches with ecological and creative practices.
From guiding children through experiential learning to mentoring parents in their roles as caregivers, I’m committed to nurturing both individuals and communities toward a more harmonious and sustainable future. As a Highly Sensitive Person myself, I have committed to a lifestyle that embodies compassion, deep listening, connectedness to our earthly experience, mindfulness, and healthy expression. Although I have a degree from an academic institution, I bring a spiritual and holistic lens to this human experience, thanks to plant medicine allies, intentional community living, and surrounding myself with changemakers and heart-centered beings. I have conducted research with Dr. Sophia Trevenna on what it means to be a Highly Aware being, and how we can create better educational systems for those who struggle with more rigid programs. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology, which provides the foundation for my deep understanding of child development, emotional resilience, and family dynamics
Services for Children
Using a variety of modalities, I guide children in educational, developmental, and therapeutic matters. Mindfulness practices help children cultivate awareness and presence, while play and project-based learning encourage exploration and creativity. Heart-based approaches foster emotional connections, allowing children to process their feelings in a safe environment. Incorporating expressive arts enables self-expression and can enhance emotional literacy. Nature-oriented activities not only connect children to their environment but also promote physical well-being and appreciation for the world around them.
Through these diverse methods, I empower children to embrace their unique selves. Together, we work on building resilience in several areas: cognitive skills by enhancing problem-solving abilities; physical health through active play; social skills by encouraging teamwork and communication; emotional intelligence by recognizing and regulating feelings; and spiritual growth through self-reflection and connection to nature. Each child is a distinct individual with their own strengths and challenges, and my aim is to support them on their journey toward holistic development.
